  • Symposium is the Association's annual international conference is held in May of each year. The conference features multiple tracks of educational sessions, product demonstrations, and networking events. Discounts are available to members.
  • Master Series Webinars are curriculum-driven Series consisting of live webinars designed to walk attendees step-by-step though a process or skill set related to the forms and business processes profession. You can also purchase viewings of previous sessions as recordings. Member discounts available.

  • Professional Certification is a means to signify to employers and clients the level of your job competency. BFMA offers the designation of Certified Form Systems Professional (CFSP). Certification exams are offered twice a year.
  • CFSP Virtual Study Group - Certification hopefuls meet online once a week for 13 weeks to prepare for the Certified Form Systems Professional examination. The curriculum includes pre-recorded lectures, weekly quizzes, readings and discussions moderated by an industry expert. BFMA offers 2 groups a year–one in the Fall and one in the Spring. Member Discounts available.
  • BFMA Awards Programs provide an opportunity to have your contributions to the chapter, the association, and the industry recognized by your peers.

• inFOCUS Archives offers back issues of an Association monthly newsletter, featuring articles on industry news, technologies, and practical tips are reviewable.
• Articles Database written by leading forms experts, articles cover a range of topics relevant to forms professionals. Articles can be reviewed and downloaded.
• Forms and IS Glossary created by the membership is a database for looking up industry terms. Members can also send a new term in to receive a definition.
