2005 Membership Drive

Help build your form systems professional network!  To grow, BFMA needs your help finding potential members.  While the Drive calls for submissions of 10 or 25 names each, even one name will help!  Our challenge is to inform everyone who works with forms about the training, information, and networking that BFMA offers. We will send information about BFMA to all names submitted.

GOAL

- Submit 10 names of potential BFMA members and receive a $20 gift certificate to Amazon.com
- Submit 25 names of potential BFMA members and receive a $50 gift certificate to Amazon.com

*To qualify, submissions must include name, title, email address, phone number, address, and name of company of prospective BFMA members

BONUS!

The first 10 members who submit names will be put into a drawing – 10 names gets one chance; 25 names gets 3 chances for an additional prize

If one of your prospects joins BFMA, both you and the new member receive your choice of: 
1.  CD of Symposium proceedings
2.  $50 discount on the upcoming Fall 2005, Canadian 2005, Spring 2006 BFMA Forms Institute or 2006 Symposium registration

RULES

1.  Submissions must be received by July 30, 2005
2.  Maximum of $200 in gift certificates and educational event and material discounts per person
3.  BFMA will not share submitted names with third parties
