The Norman Chilton Trustee’s Excellence in Education Award

The BFMA Education Foundation created the Norman Chilton Trustee’s Excellence in Education Award to honor the BFMA Chapter that has provided top quality education opportunities for form systems professionals during the year. 

Named after one of BFMA’s top educators, the Norm Chilton Award gives chapters the opportunity to gain recognition for time and effort they put into creating top-notch educational programs for their members.

How to Participate
To nominate your chapter for the award, you will need to assemble the following materials:

2) Supporting materials deemed appropriate to assist the Foundation trustees in evaluating the significance of each event of opportunity.

Submit these materials to BFMA headquarters either electronically to bfma@bfma.org or to our physical address at

Once submissions are received, headquarters will distribute them to the Education Foundation Trustees for voting and selection of the winning chapter.  Only BFMA chapters in good standing are eligible to receive the award.

Deadline for Submissions
Submissions must be received by May 1st in order to be considered.

Recognizing Excellence in Education
The winning chapter will be announced at Symposium.  The winner will also be recognized on this web site and in the inFOCUS newsletter.
