David’s areas of expertise are in the CCM, ECM, BPO and BPM around document management and document automation, specifically in the Healthcare, Insurance and Financial Services markets. David comes to Oracle most recently from HP Exstream but has also worked for Thunderhead, Pitney Bowes (Group One Software) among other on premise and hosted enterprise software companies.
