Training & Networking

Symposium 2007
The Associateion's annual international conference. The 2007 event will be held May 6-10th in St. Louis, MO. The conference features 68 educational sessions, product demonstrations, vendor hospitality suites and networking events.

Master Series 2007
These curriculum-driven Series consist of 6 webinars each. The live webinars are held once a week and walk attendees step-by-step though a process or skill set related to the forms and business profession. Students can also purchase viewings of previous sessions as recordings.

CFSP Virtual Study Group
Certification hopefuls meet online once a week for 13 weeks to prepare for the Certified Form Systems Professional examination. The curriculum includes 10 pre-recorded lectures, weekly quizzes, readings and discussions moderated by an industry expert. BFMA offers 2 groups a year–one in the Fall and one in the Spring.

Local Chapters
For those members within driving distance of an active chapter, chapter meetings are an excellent source of education, support, and camaraderie.

Membership Directory
The Membership Directory can be sorted by geographic location, company, and industry type to facilitate member networking whether you are looking for a supplier, consultant, or simply someone else in your field.

Awards Programs
An opportunity to have your contributions to the chapter, the association, and the industry recognized by your peers.

Certification
Certification is a means to signify to employers and clients the level of your job competency. BFMA offers the designation of Certified Form Systems Professional. Certification exams are offered twice a year throughout the country. Special testing arrangements are available.

Bookstore
A library of hard-to-find training materials for forms design, forms management, policies & procedures manuals, and GUI design.

Formspace
The Association’s virtual chapter, Formspace, is an e-mail discussion list. This forum provides members with the opportunity to give and receive industry related advice and circumvent everyday roadblocks.
