Collecting Online Data: What You Need and Where To Get It | Dustin Tauer
February 24, 2011
Everyone wants feedback. It might be an attendee evaluation after a conference, an informational client satisfaction survey, or quiz testing a consumer's knowledge about your products. In any case, this information needs to be gathered in an efficient and effective way. This webinar will add clarity to the process. We'll explore multiple ways to collect online data including free hosted services, PDF forms, web forms, and Flash files. The objective is to clarify what resources are needed for each technique and what limitations may arise. Web forms or Flash files are most customizable, but can be the most complex to implement. Hosted services tend to be the easiest to work with, but can have limited customization. This webinar will help you identify which method is right for you.

Developing a Forms Management Strategy | Ray Killam
March 17, 2011
There's an old saying: "If you don't know where you're going, any road will get you there". That's particularly true for trying to run any area of a business, including forms management. Yet, many forms departments don't have an articulated strategy. Many don't even have definitions of form, record or document that have been adopted by the organization.
Strategy consists of several elements, including definitions, structure, staffing, policies, processes, procedures, technology, the forms development process, metrics tracking and management reporting.
This presentation discusses strategy in detail, including providing a series of "talking points" that can be used to generate discussions within your organization that can lead to strategy development. It provides attendees with a clear vision for defining a best practices forms management strategy.
Conducting a Call for Forms | Ray Killam
March 31, 2011
Organizations with a large forms population are faced with an ever-changing forms management dynamic. This dynamic is a lot like raising children – left alone, they will certainly get into trouble! For forms, that generally means a proliferation of unauthorized forms and variations of forms. A periodic Call for Forms is a powerful method for maintaining control over the forms population.
This presentation covers the process of conducting an enterprise-wide call for forms. It presents a step-by-step process map and suggests methods for keeping the project organized and on-track. The speaker draws on the experience of having been involved in many such projects and how to avoid common pitfalls and problems.
