BFMA will be providing a three educational tracks - Forms Management, Data Collection/Workflow, and Mobile Solutions / Technology

*The sessions listed below are subject to change.

Forms management involves cost-benefit analysis, consultation, project management, and environmental and safety awareness. Forms administration involves version control, identification and filing systems, software distribution, warehousing, standards, operating procedures, obsolescence, forms repositories, business continuity, procurement, and inventory management. Design and development includes graphics, use of color, typography, plain language, and user interfaces, manufacturing considerations, printing specifications, field formatting, masks, data validation, and development specifications. Process and workflow involves assessment of objectives and project scope, fact finding, data organization, analysis, solution development, recommendations, implementation, follow-up and evaluation.

Technology principles include electronic technologies involving digital demand imaging, recognition systems, post processing, data merge printing and production principles. This also includes systems architecture involving hardware, operating systems, database development, networks, communication systems, mobile systems, automating workflows, and applications software.

Mobile technology and solutions include store, access, create, allow to modify, organize, or otherwise manipulate data in various forms from a location without being required to be tethered to any particular location.
