Scott Bannor

Senior Consultant, OBRIEN
Over 30 years experience in sales, marketing, and product management as an individual contributor and manager for a variety of companies - small (under $10mm) to large (over $2b) hedquartered in the US and abroad.  The thread that connects them all is the enablement of B-to-C and B-to-B communications - electronic as well as printed.  Scott has built successful sales operations from the ground up and managed existing operations.  I've developed sales and compensation plans and have written, produced, and presented sales/product training seminars for IBM, Xerox, Oce and other organizations.  Scott's scope of knowledge covers the spectrum of digital document production and customer communications - on-premise and cloud-based content/document management, data manipulation and processing, data quality and address hygiene, document composition (VDP, POD, transpromotional, etc.), correspondence automation, output, finishing, and multichannel delivery.

Shantelle Boatright is a Forms Business Analyst with Alberta Health Services, a health care organization employing 125,000 staff, and serving approximately 4 million Albertans.  With over 80,000 forms inherited by their program from 12 former health entities, Shantelle is dedicated to finding opportunities for well designed forms to support quality patient care, reduce workload for staff, and streamline organizational costs.

Greg Clary

CEO, Mi-Corporation 
Dr. Greg Clary co-founded Mi-Corporation with previous experience in

handwriting recognition and pen input systems at IBM’s T.J. Watson Research

Center. He also served as President of Epiteleo, Inc., and holds B.S.E. and

M.S.E.E. degrees from Duke University, a Ph.D. in Computer Science from UNC

Chapel Hill, and eleven U.S. patents related to mobile data capture.

Ben Graham

President, Ben Graham Corporation
 Ben B. Graham Ben is President of The Ben Graham Corporation and author of the book ‘Detail Process Charting: Speaking the Language of Process’ published by John Wiley Publishers.  His company pioneered the field of business process improvement, and has provided process improvement consulting, coaching and education services to organizations across North America since 1953.  He holds a BA in Economics from UCLA and an MBA from USC and has more than twenty-five years of experience working with the Graham Process Improvement Methodology with organizations in the United States, Canada and South America.  Ben has worked with many of organizations to build libraries of business process maps and develop effective, process-focused, continuous improvement programs.  His organization publishes Graham Process Mapping Software, which is designed specifically to help people understand business processes.

Kelly Halseth

Forms Manager
As the Director, Forms Strategy & Management for Alberta Health Services (AHS), Kelly leads a team in support of 125,000 staff, physicians and volunteers and 80,000 forms. She holds a BA in English and a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Calgary.

Charlene Haykel

Forms Manager
Charlene Haykel is a writer, editor and strategist with 40 years' experience in marketing communications. For 25 years, she has specialized in 'simplified communications,' a set of skill sets and disciplines that simplify complex information for lay audiences. In 1997, she developed a methodology for applying simplification  techniques to large cross enterprise communication systems. Her process,  MacrosimplificationTM, builds leaner, more effective communications around core content. Haykel projects typically achieve reductions of 20-30% in volume of clients' communications and dramatic improvements in the comprehensibility of client communications. She earned a BA in English from Daemen College and an MA in journalism from UNC at Chapel Hill..

Ray Killam

President, CFC, CFSP, Essociates Group, Inc.
Ray holds a BBA in Economics from Washburn University, an MBA from George Mason University, and a Graduate Certificate in eCommerce from Creighton University. He has held the position of Executive Vice-President and Chief Marketing Officer with Amgraf, Inc., a Kansas City, MO-based electronic forms software development company and served as Vice-President of Marketing for Data Documents, a national forms manufacturer, and Corporate Express Document & Print Management, an international forms manufacturer and process solution provider. Highly active in BFMA, Ray currently serves on the Board of Directors and is the Association's 2001 winner of the prestigious Jo Warner Award (in "recognition of outstanding contributions to the advancement of the forms/systems profession"). Ray also serves as Chairman of the BFMA Education Foundation. With this active participation, he makes his ideas clear: The forms industry is changing and we have to change with it if we're going to keep moving forward. He is also a frequent instructor and writer for several associations. Ray has more than 40 years experience in the forms industry, including forms management, workflow analysis, and electronic forms development and has dual industry certifications: BFMA's Certified Form Systems Professional (CFSP) and DMIA's Certified Forms Consultant (CFC).

Lisa Lee

FM Consultant

Lisa Lee is a forms management consultant with over 20 years of experience leading teams to provide effective forms to users via multiple platforms. As manager of forms management for an insurance company she developed the forms management function and supported strategic initiatives. During her tenure she directed and participated in a wide variety of forms projects. Lisa serves on the boards of the Business Forms Management Association and the BFMA Education Foundation, and is a member of the BFMA certificate committee. She is a recipient of BFMA’s Award of Excellence, a fellow of LOMA, and a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist. She is certified in the Change Management process in accordance with Prosci methodologies. She is a regular speaker on forms related topics.

Gautham Pandiyan is the Vice President of Sales & Marketing efforts at Mi-Co. He is responsible for sales outreach, managing the marketing program and other business development efforts. He has spoken at conferences such as the Harvey Spencer Associates Document Capture forum, TabTimes TabletBiz conference, is part of the Enterprise Mobility Network editorial board & has been on the forefront of Tablet adoption by businesses for several years. He has considerable experience working with entrepreneurial small businesses having worked at the Duke Office of Licensing and Ventures, with a biotechnology startup company, EntoGenetics, and with the Small Business Technology Development Center of NC. Gautham holds an alphabet soup of degrees with a M.S. in Molecular Cancer Biology, and a Master of Engineering Management degree from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Georgia.

Eric Rowse

Eric has been with Adobe since December 2012, but his knowledge of the programs go much deeper than that. When he went "digital", Photoshop layers were introduced, pre-web multimedia was authored in Macromedia Director, and SCSI cables cluttered the office. Eric has been a professional trainer for 10 years previous to joining Adobe, 6 of which were spent training Creative Suite applications from CS1 to CS5. Eric sees his role as a Solution Consultant as both educational and informational. We all have preferred workflows, methods and habits, but he ventures to discover new solutions for approaching projects.

Margaret Tassin, CFSP, CDC, is president of Forms Doc, LLC.,  She was previously the manager of forms, records and information management for Pennzoil-Quaker State Company, where she initiated its forms automation project.  She has been an active member of BFMA since 1982.  Ms. Tassin has chaired BFMA's Form System Certification Board.  She was one of the four initial inductees into Business Document's End User Hall of Fame.  At the 1997 Symposium, Ms. Tassin was presented with the Award of Excellence, one of BFMA's most prestigious honors.
