NEW! Education Disciplines
Transforming the organization is a complex process, with many moving parts. That’s why we’ve created 3 education disciplines, so attendees can quickly and accurately personalize their education to match their own unique needs.
Sessions marked with coordinating color-coded Discipline will primarily address the session topic according to below Discipline key.

discipline-bo  Business Operations: Focusing primarily on the functions of the business dedicated to its profit center (i.e., goods or services) and improving the efficiency of supporting processes

discipline-dt  Digital Transformation: Focusing primarily on developing and deploying an enterprise-wide digital strategy

discipline-cd  Content & Documents: Focusing primarily on the unique needs of communications and documents in the digital age

STRATEGIC VISION (SV):
Creating the business vision for your digital transformation requires a well thought-out roadmap, including your mission, goals, objectives, accountability and measurement. From unifying the digital strategy to creating a 360-degree digital view, we look at the tools to review, revise and refine your strategy to deliver on the promise of the future.

PROCESS MANAGEMENT (PM):
To transform, we must be able to change quickly in the face of disruption and high demands. The core processes of our business operations are the bedrock of success. From identifying process improvement opportunities in digital and content workflows to providing an end-to-end solution for ease of use, we focus on improving overall business performance through effective change management of all your processes.

TECHNOLOGY DEPLOYMENT (TD):
Business agility will separate the leaders from the pack. From complex integration of systems, rules and content to the ability to be flexible in design and needs, we focus on how to leverage the tools and systems in a fast-paced environment filled with change.

INFORMATION MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES (IS):

FORMS STRATEGY (FS):

Forms are powerful tools in the business of collecting data, guiding behaviors and driving decisions within an organization. Learn strategies and skills in the various phases of form development that can improve the performance of your forms management system (requirements analysis, workflow, design, testing, implementation, version control).

track-ftFORMS TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS (FT):
producedby-bfma
In a world of constantly changing technology, the form interface may evolve, but the functionality behind that remains the same–to support organizational business processes.  Learn about how technology impacts forms management, find out about solution strategies to address digital form challenges and leverage opportunities for your forms management program to thrive in this brave new world (digital platform options, mobile applications, document accessibility, enterprise management integration, user experience).
