604    Campfire Session: The Highs and Lows of Working with PDF Forms

Presenter: Jeanne Petty,
Time: 2:00pm - 2:50pm

This session provides an opportunity to discuss both what PDF forms can do and the issues we run into when employing advanced features or just try to distribute and manage a functioning form.

PDF can provide a flexible platform for collecting, displaying and manipulating data offline, and sometimes it feels like the possibilities are endless, but introducing advanced features such as javascript and calculations, or making forms dynamic, opens up a whole new world of potential problems.  There are also days when even the simplest of forms can pose a challenge.

505   Project Management Skills

Presenter: Shantelle Boatright, CFSP

Time: 3:00pm - 3:50pm

Forms Management projects can be as small as designing as single form, or as large as launching an organizational-wide call standardization initiative.  Such diversity requires keen skills and a proficiency in understanding the roles that Forms Professionals can play (when you should wear your “Project Manager” hat, and when you are the Subject Matter Expert).

This session will review project management principles and skills from a Forms Professional perspective.
