Travel Rebate Program for Platinum Registrations
Last year, the DOCUMENT Strategy Forum introduced the industry's first-ever Travel Rebate Program. The goal of this unique program was to help attendees justify the cost of attending by covering one night of their hotel stay. The program was such a success that it has become a staple of the event going forward.
Here's how it works! Simply register to attend our Platinum Conference Package (Mon, Tues & Wed) and you are automatically qualified to receive one free night's stay (a $240 value) at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare.
Then, book your stay at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare and one night will automatically be credited from your account. It's that easy!
Multiple attendees from the same company are eligible to deduct $50 from each attendee’s Platinum or 2-Day Package registration. See the appropriate section of the printed form to enter this discount.
BFMA understands that life events can sometimes prevent an attendee from participating in Symposium even after the registration process is complete. We offer two options in this case:
With written notice on company letterhead or from a company email address, BFMA can transfer the registration to another employee. The new attendee must submit a new registration form and indicate on it the name of the attendee he/she is replacing.
As a last resort an attendee can cancel the registration by written notice from a company email address.
Cancellation deadlines are as follows:
By August 15, 2010 – Full refund
By August 31, 2010 – Half-Refund
After September 1, 2010 – No Refund
Credit card refunds will be processed as soon as possible. Check refunds will be issued at the end of every month.
Terms of Payment
All fees are payable in US funds. Checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard or American Express will be honored. Only Government Purchase Orders will be accepted. Checks and money orders must be received no later than August 31, 2010.
BFMA will confirm by email the receipt of registration forms with payment. You will also receive a form that must be completed to register for the specific sessions. If you do not receive a registration confirmation by August 31, 2010, contact BFMA Headquarters at (888) 367-3078 to ensure your registration has been received and processed. All attendees must register at the Conference Registration Desk upon arrival in Chicago.
