According to a Direct Marketing Association study, one out of three direct mail recipients prefer to respond online. This session will show how a document generation engine can be used to produce materials/sites that are personalized and customized to recipients. Dinner Program : LEAP: an eForms RFP Case Study

Karen Albright is Supervisor of Corporate Identity and Forms at PSE and President Emeritus of BFMA’s International Board of Directors. Karen will discuss: ·The steps Puget Sound Energy took to prepare an RFP for E-forms ·How BFMA played a huge role in where to go, who to go out to bid to, and what to put into the bid. ·The different questions PSE asked about what they wanted the end result to be ·What questions to ask vendors and how to evaluate each question ·Assembling a matrix to evaluate each supplier ·Who do you need on your team and how to get a sponsor, and should you have a project manager? ·What PSE is doing today with e-forms and their LEAP into the future
