Vendor Luncheon and Exhibits
Monday, May 22, 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
During the luncheon on opening day, sponsoring vendors will host tabletop exhibits of their wares around the perimeter of the banquet hall. This is your chance to get a quick overview of which companies are present and what they are offering. Vendor Suite Showcase
Monday, May 22, 5:30 p.m. - Ongoing
The Showcase is a fun opportunity to meet with the sponsoring vendors in a more informal setting. Participating vendors open their hospitality suites for the evening to socialize and entertain product questions in a more laid back atmosphere.
One-on-Ones

Participating vendors post sign up sheets next to the BFMA registration desk where you can sign up for a block of time with their undivided attention.   This is the perfect opportunity to sit down with your wish list and see how the different products meet your project requirements.

Vendor Sessions

The Vendor Sessions—or Product Tutorials—provide attendees with a safe, anonymous opportunity to learn more about a product or service. If you already participate in the service or own the product, you are also free to bring your end user questions into these one-hour sessions to learn how to better utilize the offering.

Networking
Sunday, May 21 — Thursday, May 25
Don't forget that Symposium is also the best place to sit down with other users of the products/services you are considering and to find out what they think. Use the networking events, the SIG Group meetings, the panel discussions, even the breaks between classes to learn more about the practical applications of the vendor offerings from the end user's perspective.
