FM602 Cut it Out! How to Eliminate Bloat, Cost, and Complexity from Your Customer Communications…Replace Jargon with Plain Language

85% of all business processes begin with forms.  Forms collect and deliver the information that's critical to selling and delivering products and services.  It's hard to imagine doing business without them.  More importantly the collection and delivery of information is critical to how customers view the companies they do business with.  Over the years companies have built highly complex, sometimes disjointed forms-based processes and procedures.  Add in the proliferation of technology silos and you have a recipe for poor internal collaboration that increases the difficult orgnaizations face in their drive to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.  This presentation will be an overview of the past and current causes of this situation.  Views will be shared on new concepts that allow companies to fundamentally change the landscape of internal workflows a they relate to improving the customer engagement experience.
