In this session we will take a look at some of the skills and strategies that a forms management professional would use to identify requirements and business rules that might impact the form project. (Based upon the Forms Management Body of Knowledge).

509 BFMA Body of Knowledge: Developing Solutions & How You Support Them

Presenter: Shantelle Boatright CFSP

Promoting process improvement and work simplification remains the focus and a priority of any efficient Forms Management Program. The purpose of the program is not to create more forms but rather to ensure that those forms required by the organization to conduct its business are simple, clear, effective, well integrated to the organization’s business processes, and cost-effective. That sometimes means providing the client with more than one viable solution to ensure that decision-makers are informed of key criteria, such as the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the solution, on the practicality, effort, resources and cost of implementing the solution. This session will walk through some of the considerations that a forms management professional would explore. (Based upon the Forms Management Body of Knowledge.

609 CASE STUDY: Real life AI Case Studies
