Bruce Boswell

Bruce Boswell

From the moment Bruce designed his first form, he was hooked. The balance of form and function appealed to his innate creative sensibilities, and the power of good design to dramatically improve processes fuelled his never-ending quest to make everything work better. With over 20 years as a Forms Professional, Bruce continues to believe that design has the power to transform the world, both individually and collectively. An active BFMA member, Bruce currently serves as Vice President of Programs.


Cheikh Mbacke

Cheikh MbackÉ

Cheikh Mbacké is the Global Head of Enterprise Sales and Government Relations at Cerenade, a global leader in e-forms solutions for enterprises, governments, law firms, and individual users.

Mbacké has over nine years of experience in partnerships, management, operations, sales, and leadership roles, including startup and technology experience. He also has advanced studies in business administration, international business, and international relations from California State University, Los Angeles and Harvard. Over the years, Mbacké has been invited by organizations such as Google, YouTube, UNESCO, UPF, U.S. Department of State, The Internet Governance Forum (IGF), The Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Education For Peace (MGIEP), The Paris Peace Forum, The GovTech Summit, among others to give presentations at their respective headquarters, on technology, content, business, education and peace in over 15 different countries.

In addition to his proven skill in developing international and multicultural markets and strategic business partnerships, Mr. Mbacké is fluent in French and Wolof. He enjoys reading, traveling, discovering new cultures, and spending time with his family.


Dan Zola

Dan Zola

Dan Zola is president of Sway UX, a user experience research and design agency. Dan Zola’s devotion to UX principles began nearly 20 years ago, as a key player in the MovieFone experience.

Since then, he's developed digital products and lead teams across a variety of industries, ranging from healthcare to entertainment. Most notably, Dan has spent five years at MTV working to deepen the emotional connection with television viewers and digital users (ask him about his run-in with Justin Timberlake).

Dan has recently extended his expertise to the pharmaceutical industry, working to provide a smoother experience for patients who are taking a more active role in their healthcare in the digital space.

Additional clients include AT&T Wireless and General Mills.

A graduate of University of Pennsylvania with a degree in English, Dan lives in Chapel Hill, NC with his wife and two children.


Dustin Borklund

Dustin Borklund

Dustin Borklund has been involved with BFMA since he became the youngest Certified Forms Consultant at age 19, many years ago. He has managed forms programs for Kaiser Permanente, Salick Health Care and most recently, Toyota Financial Services. When TFS realized that forms were important compliance controls, Dustin trained as a Compliance Officer and obtained a Certified Corporate Compliance and Ethics Professional designation.


Eric Stevens

Eric Stevens

Eric has been a speaker at multiple conferences and events over the past 30 years, including BFMA, RSA conferences. Eric has presented to audiences around the world including Europe, South Africa, Japan, Australia and China. Eric has spoken on such diverse topics as: Electronic Forms, Business Process Re-engineering, Process Automation, Document Management, Records Management, Software Security, Mobile Security and Cryptography.


Jenny Herrera

Jenny Herrera

Jenny is a Project Manager/Software Engineer at Cerenade, an integrated forms management solutions leader. She has been in the business process development and eForms field for 9 years. Her experience includes working closely with government entities to train and improve their business processes using eForms.


Jenny Li

Jenny Li

Jenny leads the product management team for Foxit, responsible to define Foxit's product strategy and to develop product requirements. Before coming to Foxit, Jenny worked for ArcSight, Nortel, and Credence. Jenny has earned her MS in computer science at UC Riverside, BS at BYU, and MBA at Santa Clara University.


Kerry Thompson

Kerry Thompson

Kerry is an award-winning designer who has been researching, designing, and architecting web and mobile experiences for over 20 years. She is obsessed with digital product and the people who use them.

She has led UX creative efforts for national and global entities in finance, healthcare, campaign fundraising, and retail industries. Her past work includes a wide range of clients including GlaxoSmithKline, EMILY's List, and Fidelity Investments.


Mark Jackson

Mark Jackson

As part of the OpenText Customer Experience Management group, Mark is Sr. Product Manager for the OpenText Intelligent Forms Automation products, LiquidOffice and TeleForm. With over 18 years of EIM product management experience at iManage, Interwoven, Autonomy, HP, and now OpenText, Mark has a unique perspective on the evolution of EIM Solutions and how changes in customer expectations are shaping how we do business today.


Mike Stuhley

Mike Stuhley

Mike Stuhley has more than 28 years of experience in the document imaging technology and business process automation industries. He has held executive positions with industry leading vendors including Scantron and Cardiff Software. Stuhley has been a frequent speaker at industry trade shows including AIIM, ARMA and BFMA. He is also a co-author on a patent for classifying documents. Formtran is a partner for OpenText, Abbyy, GoScan and other leading document automation technology providers.


Olufunke Somefun

Olufunke Somefun

Olufunke Somefun is a Forms Business Analyst with Alberta Health Services working from the Calgary location. She is seen by others as pragmatic, dependable and able to get things done. She is a good organiser and seeks to control the world around her with structure and discipline. She dislikes confusion, inefficiency, half measures and anything that she sees as aimless or ineffective.


Peter Hyjek

Peter Hyjek

With over 40 years’ experience in forms, data merge applications and document management, Peter’s expertise is in analyzing business processes and utilizing technology to convert from paper-based to Enterprise Content Management strategies. As Vice President of Operations for a national outsourcing company, he implemented and managed forms and document solutions across many different industries, resulting in significant process efficiencies and expense savings for his customers and his company. During his career, Peter has implemented enterprise-wide, global content management strategies for many Fortune 500 companies, including some of the largest insurance and financial companies, such as Aetna, AIG, Allmerica, Hanover, National General, Travelers and QBE.


Phillip Yadidian

Phillip Yadidian

Phillip Yadidian co-founded Cerenade Inc., in 1992 and serves as its president. Phillip started his career with Teradyne Corporation where he was responsible for the design and implementation of the operating environment for Teradyne's VLSI test systems on top of Sun's Solaris. His software engineering career continued at Locus Corporation, where he participated in the development of the AIX operating system in addition to spearheading an automated approach to internationalization of AIX. Phillip also possesses extensive networking expertise, with several years of experience in the area of UNIX Operating Systems. He began his research of Interactive Multimedia and Office Automation technology in 1986, with the focus on building a company specializing in developing business applications. In 1992, Phillip launched Cerenade. His extensive background in graphics and computing is the foundation of Cerenade. Currently, Phillip is serving as president for Cerenade as it moves forward as a leader in integrated forms management solutions. He graduated from UCLA in 1984.


Ray Killam

Ray Killam

Ray Killam is President of Essociates Group Inc., which has provided forms training, consulting, analysis and design services since 2002. Prior to that, Ray was Vice President eBusiness Development and Vice President Marketing for Corporate Express Document Print management (now a part of Taylor Corporation). He is an active member of BFMA, serves as the VP Operations, and is a Jo Warner Award winner.


Richard Walker

Richard Walker

"Go Troopers!" is what Richard’s tombstone will read, says his wife. The eternal optimist and motivator, Richard is excited to share, teach and learn with others. Having started 10 companies since age 12, published 2 self-improvement books, father to two boys and saved over 30,000 trees, his core purpose is to help others become their best selves. As the Quik! CEO and cofounder (Quik! is an Efficient Technology Inc company), he leads by example and empowers people to do their best work. Prior to starting Quik!, Richard was a senior consultant with Arthur Andersen's Business Consulting unit, implementing large enterprise technology solutions for Fortune 500 companies. He also spent three years as a registered securities representative with Financial Network Investment Corp and has over 10 years of experience in financial services working in various capacities at: Transamerica, PaineWebber, John Hancock and Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette.


Shantelle Boatright

Shantelle Boatright

Shantelle Boatright is a Forms Business Analyst with Alberta Health Services, an organization supporting 125,000 staff, physicians and volunteers and over 100,000+ forms. Prior to taking up the cause to "change the world, one form at a time", Shantelle spent 8 years in project management and 12 years as a paralegal.


Terri Hansen

Terri Hansen

Terri is the Lead Directives and Forms Specialist for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) managing and monitoring 700+ forms for the corporation. Throughout her career, she has worked as an Analyst in financial services, proficient in project management, administration, and training which have all provided her with the background to lead a group of professionals in Forms Management bringing a different perspective. She is an active member of BFMA, serving as Director of Education.
