Mary Hegarty

My journey began in a small town where “Customer Experience” was always personal: dry cleaner: uncle, milkman: father’s cousin, college loan officer: former Girl Scout leader. Times have changed, but goals are still the same: trust, loyalty, satisfaction. I've learned a lot along the way!
