BFMA will be providing two educational tracks: Forms Management (500 series) and Forms Technology Solutions (600 series).


In a world of constantly changing technology, the form interface may evolve, but the functionality behind that remains the same-to support organizational business processes. This track takes a deeper look at how technology impacts forms management, solution strategies to address digital form challenges and the opportunities for your forms management program to thrive in this brave new world.


In this track, the Business Forms Management Association (BFMA) offers an updated look at their new Body of Knowledge (BOK) for Forms Management, with expanded topics on privacy, governance and compliance. These sessions will help you better understand the specific concerns for a forms management department and how to deliver forms-related services for your organization.


This track highlights innovative ideas and trends sweeping across all companies, but with a reality check. From digital transformation and robotic process automation (RPA) to GDPR and other big regulatory changes, this programming offers an interactive forum to learn how real-world leaders transform these ideas into action. Through roundtables and user panels, explore different approaches for building realistic process efficiencies.


There's a lot of talk about the major shake-ups occurring in the information management space. It's hard to know what's real and what's just hype. In this track, over 20 practitioners offer their best tips and tricks for an effective information management program and tackle key subjects, like building centers of excellence, investing in emerging technology and overcoming compliance hurdles.


Most of us want to be the next customer experience leader, but we don't spend enough time applying these principles to the communications and customer interactions we support. In this track, engage in explorative discussions with a diverse group of subject matter experts on building a customer-centric culture, defining customer needs, and the expanding channels of engagement.


The term customer communications management (CCM) extends to almost any personalized customer interaction, which covers a lot of ground. No matter if you're a seasoned communications professional or running into this term for the first time, this primer offers the essentials of a CCM strategy, including designing for digital engagement, migrating to automated content, and organizing your communications inventory.


This track is for those focused on building technology solutions, services and new functionality across the organization. Hear directly from technology vendors on a wide array of topics, including how to leverage tools effectively, application-specific demos and their latest solution enhancements and innovations. These sessions are quick-hitting and fast-paced, rotating every 20 minutes, and feature over 16 solution companies.

Vendor Briefing track is geared toward the IT professional interested in software & technology solutions. Discussion will be focused around specific products and solution providers.
