Virtual Conference with DSF, Nov 9/10, 2020

Document Strategy Forum has partnered with BFMA to present a virtual conference in lieu of the annual in-person conference. Coronavirus has disrupted our lives in many ways, but we can continue to participate in forms education through the miracle of the internet and virtual conferencing.

The conference date is November 9 and 10. Live sessions begin at 1pm Eastern standard time and run through the afternoon. Block your calendar now to reserve these dates and times for this free and right at your desktop event.

The conference schedule has many sessions that were originally planned for the in-person conference. Some of the sessions that are of particular interest to forms professionals include:

  • How to Measure Anything in Business: Finding the Value of Intangibles. This is of particular importance to forms professionals. You know the old saying; you can’t manage what you don’t measure. In our line of work, measuring is difficult and often ignored. The speaker’s ideas and methods may be applicable to forms professionals and help us measure savings and work productivity in order to go beyond reporting only form count statistics.
  • Modernizing the Customer Experience with Forms and Communications. This product oriented session discusses the new Adobe technology that uses AI and machine learning to convert your static PDFs to interactive and fillable forms and connect them to workflow
  • The History and Future of Privacy. Any education on privacy is important to forms staff. Others may decide on the policy, but it is up to forms management to implement the policy on form after form.
  • Digital Process Automation: Farewell Workflow. Hello Smart Bot! This important session can inform where technology is headed. Understanding this technology and how they can affect business processes is important to the forms team.

Plus if your forms management program is involved with creating customer communications, there are many sessions specifically on this topic.
